You can utilize 211 to get connected with health resources, basic needs, parenting support, and identifying social service organizations in your area, by zip code, and all around the US.

Community UpLift This program helps parents and families of young children (ages 0-5) to connect with the local resources they need.
Douglas County Youth and Family Resource Guide This annually-updated directory is a comprehensive resource list that includes health and wellness services, crisis services, education services and more.
Douglas County Communities’ Network of Care This directory provides comprehensive information on local services and organizations, plus a Learning Center dedicated to topics related to health and well-being
Rogue Challenge Referral System This collaborative group helps community members access resources, and remove barriers people face when accessing health care. Their goal is to reduce the complexity of varying eligibility requirements across organizations, and ensure people get the help they need.
