Welcome Baby Virtual Infant Massage Class

Sign up for our VIRTUAL INFANT MASSAGE CLASS

Infant massage is a great way to bond with your baby, help your baby with digestion, growing pains, and more! In addition to mothers, we encourage fathers, partners, grandparents, and other caregivers to come to this class.

If you would like to follow along and practice with your baby, we suggest using unscented, neutral lotion (even olive oil or coconut oil from your kitchen is good) as you massage your baby’s skin. Additionally, do not do infant massage just after your baby has fed.
