What: The Empowered Parenthood classes. Connect, prepare, & learn about development & milestones, community resources, goal setting, budgeting for food & other expenses, healthy boundaries, balanced life: body, mind, & spirit, family traditions, finding quality childcare, childproofing your home, & infant massage.
When: January 11th-March 15th on Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8PM
