Childbirth Class at Women’s Health Center of Southern Oregon!

Get an overview of what to expect during the last months of pregnancy, learn relaxation and breathing techniques to help during labor and learn what to expect in the first days at home with your new baby. This is a great full day class, good for both new parents and as a ‘refresher’ for parents adding to their family! Best taken at about 32 weeks.
Guest speakers may include a local pediatrician and a WHC obstetrician.
There are short morning and afternoon breaks and a break for lunch.
