Equity Statement
Our mission is to improve health outcomes in the earliest years for families, with a focus on equitable services for all. Maternal and infant health will be a priority focus for organizations in Southern Oregon and HCCSO will champion this through education, securing resources, and facilitating community collaborations. We are committed to serving as a leader in our community in promoting and implementing health equity initiatives.
Adopted by the Board: 2021
Our Goal

Our goal is to make equity, diversity and inclusion a part of our everyday operations. We will ensure that our actions, organizational structures, and policies reflect this commitment.
We will work to understand the forces that cause disparities in our society, and to understand how bias and oppression are embedded within the institutions and systems in our community, our organization, and within ourselves.
