Welcome Baby,

Community Baby Shower

Hybrid

Join us for our first hybrid Welcome Baby Shower! The HCCSO team and our Perinatal Task Force partners are pleased to welcome new families who are expecting or have recently had a baby to the Community Baby Shower.

The purpose of this event is to connect families with resources, trustworthy information, other local families, and community support, and of course, to have FUN! Whether you’re a mother, father, parent, partner, expecting, or already adapting to your new life with baby, the Community Baby Shower is an excellent place to get to know the local resources available for Southern Oregon families.

Saturday, September 17:

In-Person Event

This open house event will feature over a dozen booths with care providers who will provide information on resources for basic needs, breastfeeding, safety, infant CPR, car seat installation and MORE!

Food trucks will be on site, providing delicious food for purchase. Come dressed ready for a complimentary family photo! Additionally, we will be giving out hundreds of dollars worth of prizes to support parents and infants in Southern Oregon.

We will see you in Douglas County at Roseburg High School or in Josephine County at Grants Pass High School from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM!

Monday – Friday, September 12th – 17th: Virtual Event

The virtual programming will feature posts with helpful information about pregnancy and parenthood, local resources, and the opportunity to win prizes! There will be engaging posts Monday through Friday with live-streamed interviews at the Saturday event so you can enjoy the information from the comfort of home.
